We list our rental homes on AirBnB and VRBO, but we both save when you book directly through our website. We offer lower pricing and fewer fees. You’ll save an extra 10% if you book for a week or more. If you’d like to arrange a long-term rental (30 days or more), please contact us to make arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please give us a call at (850) 368-3437 or email Max using the Contact form.

If you cancel at least 5 days before your stay before 4:00 PM, you’ll get a Full refund (get back 100% of what you paid).

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your stay, you’ll receive 50% of every night but the first one. No refund of the first night.

We’re sorry but we do not honor cancellations due to illness or travel disruptions.

Payments

You’re welcome to book on our site with a 25% deposit as long as you’re booking at least two weeks prior to your stay. The rest of your payment is due 1 weeks before your arrival date.
