Cancellation policy

Before you book, make sure you’re comfortable with our cancellation policy. Keep in mind that our policy doesn’t cover last minute cancellations due to illness or travel disruptions caused by COVID-19.

Cancel by
Cancel at least 5 days before your stay at 4:00 PM and you’ll get a Full refund: Get back 100% of what you paid.

Cancel 24 hours at 4:00 PM before your stay and you’ll get a Partial refund: Get back 50% of every night but the first one. No refund of the first night or the service fee.
